OUR MACHINERIES
Cold Press Machine:
This Types of Cold Press machine is used to press veneer, pvc sheet or similar laminates on the door frame. This machine is made useing heavy duty structure and uses hydraulic pressure to paste the sheets with laminates.
Mainly use to press various glued wood parts in usual temperature.
PANE SAW Machine:
A panel saw is any type of sawing machine that cuts sheets into sized parts. Panel saws can be vertical or horizontal. Typically, vertical saws take up less floor space. Horizontal machines are typically large table saws with a sliding feed table that pushes the material through the blade
PostForming Machine:
In the direct postforming method the starting material consists of unprofiled, coated panels without an overlapping of the surface material. The Postforming machine does a profiling of he forming zone by itsself and uncovers as much of the coating material as is needed for the coating of the edge.
Through feed Automatic edgeband machine:
Edge Banding, or edgebanding, is the name of both a process and an associated narrow strip of material used to create durable and aesthetically pleasing trim edges during finish carpentry.
Edge banding is used to cover the exposed sides of materials such as plywood, particle board or MDF, increasing durability and giving the appearance of a solid or more valuable material. Common substitutes for edgebanding include face frames or molding. Edge banding can be made of different materials including PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, wood or wood veneer.
